Applications
Is applied for the elastic thightness of different types’ joints in building and industry, as profiles of any shape, for sealing of plates in coverings: greenhouses, sheds, sky lights, horizontal and vertical panels. Thermo-acoustic insulating, excludes vibrations. Is produced in strips and punched shapes. Is also realized in a pre-compressed type for a quick and easy layng.



Characteristics: Flexible expanded Polyurethane foam treated with a particulrar mixture on a bitouminous basis. Excellent durability in time. The properties of the material remain unaltered after various ageing tests. Non putrescible - inoxidable - non toxid - is not attacked by birds - sound absorbing and antivibrating - selfextinguishing. Permanent elasticity and plasticity. Compressed at over 90% regains, by ceasing of the compressing force, its original volume, within a time that relates to the temperature and the compression degree. Perfect adhesion to the compression supports and levelling of eventual unevennesses. Simple and quick placing. Not overrunning under compression. Not subject to deterioration by long time storing. Possibility to undergo considerable deformations which allows to seal joints made of materials with most different expansion coefficients or which present unevennesses on the surfaces of the supports. Compressed at 50% consents best thermic insulation, coefficient of thermic conductivity around 0,05 Kal/mh°C. Compressed at 75% becomes waterproof (wind 150 km). Compressed at 85% resists to a hydrostatic pressure of 11 kg/cm².
