GIUNTOPLASTO



Applications
Is applied for the elastic tightness of different types’ joints in building and industry, as profiles of any shape, for sealing of plates in coverings: greenhouses, sheds, sky lights, horizontal and vertical panels. Thermo-acoustic insulating, excludes vibrations. Is realized in strips and punched shapes. Is also realized in a pre-compressed type for a quick and easy laying.

Properties

  • Expanded Polyurethane impregnated with bituminous mixture.
  • Density 130 kg/mc ± 10%
  • Temperature resistance: - 20°C + 100°C
  • Non toxid, non putrescibile, is not attacked by birds.
  • Waterproof at a compression of 75%.
  • Sound absorbing and antivibrating. Selfextinguishing.



RESACRYL


Applications

Same as GIUNTOPLASTO. Recommended in zones with high thermic excursions. Indicated for tightness against desert sand and motes. Ideal for light plates,. translucid sheets, being softer than the GIUNTOPLASTO type. Support for roller shutter boxes placed against wall, tightness joint in canalizations. Is applied in the refrigeration segments and for aesthetic reasons (it does not dirty). Is also realized in a pre-compressed type for a quick and easy laying.


Properties

  • Expanded Polyurethane impregnated with mixture based on acrylic resin.
  • Density 90 kg/mc ± 10%
  • Temperature resistance: - 40°C + 140°C Non toxid, non putrescibile, is not attacked by birds and atmospheric agents.
  • Sound absorbing and antivibrating.
  • Selfextinguishing when compressed between two supports.
  • High resistance to ageing


POLICLOR CM


Applications

Is employed as tightness sealing against water, air, dust, as elastic support for equipments of different types. Is particularly indicated where a high resistance to atmoshperic agents is required.


Properties

  • Semi closed cell expanded Polyvinyl Choride.
  • Black colour. Absolute inalterability in time.
  • Waterproof. Best resistance to hydrocarbons, alkalis and diluted acids.
  • Good dimensional stabilty.
  • Cushion against impacts and vibrations. Excludes thermal bridges.
  • Temperature resistance: - 20°C + 80°C
  • Selfextinguishing.
  • Is not attacked by birds and insects.
  • Available in 3 to 20 mm thickness.


POLICLOR BM


Applications

Same as POLICLOR CM. Is particularly used as dielectrical separating element between two metal types, for avoiding corrosion phenomenons due to electrolytic effect, (for instance aluminium-iron-copper).


Properties

  • Semi closed cell expanded Polyvinyl Choride.
  • White or grey colour.
  • Available in rolls or punched shapes, thickness only 3 or 5 mm.
  • Waterproof at a compression of 30%.
  • Other properties similar to POLICLOR CM.



ESPANSOLENE



Applications

Is largely applied for tightness sealing against air, humidity, dust, either in or outside. Protects equipments from shocks. Is employed in motor car industry, in refrigeration segments and window and door frames. Is produced in strips and punched shapes.


Properties

  • Closed cell expanded Polyethylene.
  • White or grey colour.
  • Dimensional stability and good resistance to chemical and atmospheric agents.
  • High thermal insulating properties and potential impact and vibration absorber.
  • Best non-conductor. Good resilience.
  • Temperature resistance: - 40°C + 90°C.
  • Non toxid.


EVERFLEX

Applications

Is used as sealing for airtightness, against dust, impacts and vibrations in building and industry, in the motor car coachwork segment, refrigerators, air conditioning, ventilation, heating, radiotelevision, electro-domestic appliances and packaging. Is produced in strips and punched shapes.


Properties

  • Open cell expanded Polyurethane.
  • White or grey colour.
  • Light and soft material, a lot compressible even under light pressure.
  • Best temperature resistance: - 20°C + 120°C.
  • High resistance to chemical agents.
  • Available also in a selfextinguishing type.
  • Non toxid.


EVERSTOP


Applications

Specific as thermal and sound insulator for its non-conducting properties in roller shutter boxes and sheet metal ducts. The excellent insulating coefficient allows a good thermal insulating with a minimum thickness.

Properties

  • Open cell expanded Polyurethane with one film-coated surface.
  • Temperature resistance: - 20°C + 120°C.
  • Best thermal insulating (coefficient 0,034 Kcal/m²/h/c.
  • Good resistance to the action of chemical agents.
  • Available also in a selfextinguishing type.
  • Non toxid.


LEM MOUSSE AU


Applications

Is employed as sealing for watertightness, as support for double windows holder, in window and door frames, between flanged elements. Particularly used when high resistance to ageing is required.


Properties

  • Closed cellular structure expanded Neoprene gum.
  • Black colour.
  • Temperature resistance: - 20°C + 85°C.
  • Absolute inalterability in time.
  • Ensures best thermal insulation.
  • Excellent antivibrating and sound-absorbing.
  • Waterproof, impermeable to oils, gas and liquids in general, even under strain.
  • Selfextinguishing.


LEM CORD


Applications

The round LEM CORD profiles are mainly employed in building for filling joints, expansion joints included, permitting in any case, combined with the waterproofing mass for joints, to solve the problem of tightness. The round LEM CORD profiles give a concave form to the waterproofing mass (mastic), which is furthermore applied, consenting to reach a perfect elasticity of the joint. LEM CORD is compactible with all types of mastic.

  • Closed cell expanded Polyethylene foam.
  • Density 40 kg/mc.
  • Temperature resistance: - 40°C + 75°C.
  • Non toxid, non putrescible, impermeable.
  • Excellent dimensional stability and resistance to deformation.
  • Good resistance to solvents. Grey colour.
  • Available in diameters 6 - 10 - 15 - 20 - 25 - 30 - 40 - 50 mm.
